As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager, my primary mission is to align our sales strategies with company goals, ensuring seamless communication between business and other departments to reach customer’s needs in compliance with industry standards. With more than a decade of experience within the IT market, helped me grasp a better understanding of sales processes and technologies involved. I am a strategic thinker, capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall performance of our clients, ultimately contributing to increased revenue and their continuous success. Coming from a technical background, further improved my understanding of technology, honing my troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, enhancing my communication skills and allowing me to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively. My ability to comprehend and articulate complex concepts, coupled with a customer-centric mindset, ensures a holistic approach to optimizing sales processes and team performance.

Brand Manager
As a brand Manager for Printing Solutions and Managed Print Services (MPS) my role in developing, promote and market the brand presence of Sharp, Brother, Lexmark and Evolis within the printing solutions market. My role also involves deep understanding of the printing industry, market trends and the unique propositions of each brand. I’m responsible for Managed Print Services (MPS,) mainly to enhance the brand image and market presence of the MPS offerings that each printing brand can offer. I work closely with other teams within Intercomp to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty. My role is important in shaping the solutions we as a team provide to the customer ensuring that the customer needs are satisfied.

As a CSO my primary role is to develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share, oversee marketing efforts, customer service and product development. With a wealth of experience spanning two decades in sales and business development, I bring a seasoned perspective to the table. My role is to bridge the gap between sales strategies and their execution, leveraging my expertise to ensure our sales professionals have the tools, knowledge, and support they need to excel.

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Intercomp, I hold a central position in shaping the technological landscape of our organization with fit for purpose secure solutions. My primary responsibility is to envision, strategize, integrate and oversee the deployment of cutting-edge technologies provided by our partners that empower our clients to excel while ensuring the highest levels of security. I collaborate closely with a dynamic team of specialists in architecture, cloud computing, network design, and cybersecurity. By staying at the forefront of infrastructure and cybersecurity advancements, I ensure that our solutions are not only innovative but also built with a strong security-first mindset.
